Q1. How long is the Park open for?
A1. The Park opens on 1st March and closes again on 5th January.
Q2. Do I have to buy a New Caravan/Holiday Home?
A2. We can supply you new or used Holiday Homes priced from £17,995.
Q3. Can I sublet my Holiday Home?
A3. No, the Park does not allow subletting, however close family are allowed to use it on a No Profit Basis.
Q4. Does the Park allow dogs?
A4. Yes, as a owner on site you are allowed dogs, however they must be kept on a lead at all times.
Q5. Who is responsible for maintaining the grounds and garden?
A5. The Park employs Groundsmen to tend to the grassed areas, strimming and weeding etc.
Q6. Does the Park have a set of rules for all to comply with?
A6. Yes the Park will ask you to sign a lot of rules upon joining the site.
Q7. Will we be allowed sheds and verandas?
A7. Yes, a list of the designs and suppliers will be available in the site offices.
Q8. Does the Park operate an insurance plan for the owners?
A8. Yes we do offer insurance cover on a new for old basis. The ----- runs from March to ----- each year.
Q9. Is there an age limit on how long we can keep on Holiday before we change it?
A9. No there is no age limit; we just ask that all Holiday Homes are kept to a very high standard of ----- in keeping with the Park and its facilities.
Q10. Can you have a private sale if we need to sell at a later date?
A10. yes you can have a private sale, the Park will make an ------ fee payable open exchange all information is available in the main office.
